At O’Charley’s, our service goes well beyond our dining rooms. Giving back to the communities we are blessed to serve has been a top priority since we first opened our doors in 1971, and it remains at the forefront of everything we do to this day.
Whether it’s supporting military families, helping the vulnerable in times of need or showing appreciation for the everyday heroes in our communities, service is a central component of our culture at O’Charley’s.

The Folded Flag Foundation
We support Gold Star families through our relationship with The Folded Flag Foundation, a nonprofit providing educational scholarships and grants to the families of our country’s fallen heroes. Over the years, we have raised more than $1.6 million through in-store fundraisers and innovative campaigns like The Songwriters Café virtual concert series and virtual restaurant.

HOMETOWN HEROES
Hometown Heroes is our way of giving back to the heroes working amongst us every day to keep our communities safe, healthy and strong. Whether its healthcare workers, first responders, teachers or volunteers, we express our gratitude by providing discounts, free meal deliveries and more. We also deploy our food truck to provide free food when disaster strikes in one of our communities.

Meals for Good Fundraising
Through Meals for Good, we partner with our neighbors to support their causes and meet the unique needs of our communities. Charities and organizations can host a fundraiser day at O’Charley’s where 15% of proceeds raised by supporters will go directly to their organization, or they can sell O’Charley’s gift cards and receive $5 for their cause for each $25 gift card sold.
At O’Charley’s, we live by the mantra ‘do good by serving.’ We live that out every day by looking for ways to serve our guests – at our tables, curbside or with delivery – and throughout our communities.”
