Management Opportunities
Management talent is the cornerstone of our past and future success. Many work in our industry, but few are talented enough to accept all the challenges and achieve success. O'Charley's people know success.

Learn, grow, develop
If you become a new management team member, you will begin with a jam-packed eight-week period during which you will be guided through each area of our business. In addition, you’ll learn the fundamentals of our information systems, human resources and more during a one-week classroom session held at our Restaurant Support Center in Nashville, Tenn. During that week, you will meet and interact with other new managers across the company and participate in activities at our indoor ropes course. You will also hear from our leaders who will share their passion to serve with you.
Ongoing development, both personal and professional, is available to those who wish to take an active role in the process. Existing processes identify and coach all levels of management and are indicative of our commitment to development. Personal strengths and opportunities are identified and a detailed personal development plan for growth is created. |
