Franchise Requirements:

• Five Years of Hospitality Experience Preferred
• 3 to 5 Restaurant Development Agreement Required
• Minimum Liquid Assets of $1.5 million
• Minimum Net Worth of $3.0 million
• No More Than 80% of Overall Investment Leveraged
